We aim to post your order within one business day of cleared payment. We send international orders by standard airmail or courier* and always get proof of posting. If you would like your order insured (with Track & Trace) facilities, this option is available for an extra charge. If you would like your order sent by courier, this is also available for an extra charge (depending on size/weight of your order and destination country.)
*The maximum charge for up to 30kg within Ireland/N. Ireland is 12 Euro and to GB is 15 Euro (courier delivery with Track & Trace included).
Alternatively, you can arrange to have your order collected from our shop in Letterkenny - just specify details in the 'Comments' box when placing your order, and your postage cost will be refunded accordingly.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. If you need to return anything, it must be sent within 10 business days of receipt, in its original condition including any packaging. If we can't offer a replacement, we will refund the cost of the item. (Postage may not be refunded, depending on the reason for return).
