Processing Time
We aim to post your order within one business day of cleared payment - usually the same day, if the order is placed and paid for before 3pm. We send national orders by An Post (<1kg) or courier; and international orders by standard airmail (<2kg) or courier; and always get proof of posting.
Shipping Fee
We charge shipping at cost plus 50c handling fee for orders within EU, €1 handling for non-EU orders. Our minimum charge is 1 Euro within Ireland and €1.50 elsewhere (orders weighing less than 100g in flat envelope). Our maximum charge is just €8 within Ireland (inc. Northern Ireland) and €15 to Great Britain for orders weighing less than 30kg sent by courier. If you would like your order insured (with Track & Trace) or if you would like your small order sent by courier, just mention your request in the comments box at checkout and you will be contacted with details of any extra charge applicable.

Northern Ireland customers, please note that in order to avail of reduced shipping costs (compared to rest of UK), you will need to select "Ireland" as your shipping address, and then select the appropriate county. If you need any assistance, just email.
Collection
You can arrange to have your order collected from our shop in Letterkenny - just select that option at checkout.

International Shipping
Unfortunately, international shipping restrictions are becoming tighter all the time. Obviously we cannot send anything flammable or in a pressurised container. Liquids are now prohibited (paints, ink, etc.)
All our products can, of course, be sent to any address in Ireland or Northern Ireland.

Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. If you need to return anything, it must be sent within 10 business days of receipt, in its original condition including any packaging. If we can't offer a replacement, we will refund the cost of the item. (Postage may not be refunded, depending on the reason for return).
