If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will get advance information on our Sales and special promotions. Loyalty discounts for account holders:

• re-order within 2 months and save 5%

• spend over €200 within 2 months and save 10%

• spend over €300 within 2 months and save 15%

To qualify for the loyalty discount, you need to log in with the same account details each time to maintain your order history. The previous order(s) must be completed (paid for, sent & received) so if you plan on availing of this discount, please email us as soon as you receive each order so that your account can be updated immediately. Otherwise, your account will be updated 2-10 days after your order has been dispatched (depending on destination country).

Group discounts:

This is a scheme for bulk buyers where you will be placed in a certain category based on your spend in the previous 12 months and get lower prices on most items for the next 12 months. If you have supplied business details when creating your account, you will be placed in the Bronze category without needing a minimum spend.

• Bronze (€200+ spend in previous 12 months) = 5% discount plus flat-rate postage

• Silver (€300+ spend in previous 12 months) = 10% discount plus flat-rate postage

• Gold (€500+ spend in previous 12 months,) = *15% discount plus free postage within Ireland and UK

Max. *10% discount on some items, 20%+ available on some bulk items. The group price will automatically display when you sign in.
Flat-rate postage is €4 within Ireland/Northern Ireland, €6 to GB. (Northern Ireland customers will need to select “Ireland” when creating their account and then select the relevant county.) Express, Registered (Recorded) and Courier options are available for an extra fee.

Bulk discount:

• we are offering an increasing range of items in bulk quantities so that you can benefit from wholesale prices (currently you will find bulk items in the Jewellery, Cardmaking, Cake Decoratig, Ribbon, and Yarn categories)

• standard postage is FREE within Eire/N.I. when you spend over €50.

You will always find a selection of discounted products in our Special Offers category, many at half-price or less. Please note that if you are in one of our business/club groups (Bronze/Silver/Gold), you will not see any items in the Special Offer category, but your price is equal to or less than the special price on these items.

Certain coupon codes will not apply to Special Offers or Lucky Dip items (which are sold for charity).
