We have made every effort to describe all items accurately.  Please remember that the colours you see on your screen depend on many factors, including your computer settings, monitor resolution, etc.  If you need an exact shade match, you are welcome to send us a sample swatch and we will send you our closest match. 

PAYMENT

We accept Moneybookers, PPPay and PayPal online.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Laser details by phone or post.

We accept cheques and postal orders in Euro or Sterling and bank drafts in Euro, Sterling or US dollars (make payable to Treasure Bin and send to Treasure Bin, Manderley House, Manderley Court, Letterkenny, County Donegal, Ireland).

Payment must be received within 10 days of placing your order, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.  If you need to return anything, it must be sent within 10 business days of receipt, in its original condition including any packaging.  If we can't offer a replacement, we will refund the cost of the item.  (Postage may not be refunded, depending on the reason for return).
