We at Treasure Bin are constantly working to improve our customer service and value. Following customer feedback, we have implemented a Club scheme.

There are 3 levels available:
Bronze: up to 5% discount on most products, and flat-rate postage (Ireland & UK)
Silver: up to 10% discount on most products, and flat-rate postage (Ireland & UK)
Gold: up to *15% discount on most products, and free postage (Ireland & UK)
*Some products have a maximum discount of 10% and others are not discounted (e.g. items in our Lucky Dip category, which are sold for charity). Discounts do not apply to orders already placed before becoming a member.

So, how does the new club scheme work?
- Click on the club membership link.
- Choose the level you would like and pay the appropriate fee. You will get a download document which provides full details of the membership scheme.
- Wait to get the email confirming that your membership has been activated (this should take no more than one business day).
- When you next log-in, you will automatically see the lower prices on all applicable products.

Membership lasts for one calendar year from the date you join, and the rates are as follows:
Bronze: €20
Silver: €50
Gold: €75

Flat-rate postage costs €4 within Ireland and Northern Ireland, and €6 to Great Britain. This rate applies to standard postage (or standard airmail) only, but courier delivery is available for an extra fee. We hope to introduce flat-rate postage for other countries at a later date.
You may feel that standard postage is better value for you than flat-rate (if your orders are usually small and lightweight), in which case you can ask to revert to standard postage while still keeping your membership discount. You will be allowed to change this option only once.

We tweak the scheme from time to time to give customers the best possible value for money while maintaining our quality of service. Your suggestions and feedback are appreciated!
